Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy virtually for K-12 students in both one-on-one and small-group formats. Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication needs and design targeted intervention plans. Develop and maintain IEP goals and therapy plans that comply with state and federal guidelines. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support for students. Accurately track and report student progress, therapy outcomes, and IEP updates in a timely manner. Participate in virtual IEP meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations to support ongoing student success. Utilize secure teletherapy platforms and digital resources to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state licensure as an SLP. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Preferred: Two or more years of experience working in school-based settings. Strong understanding of IEP processes and requirements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Comfortable and proficient with virtual therapy platforms and technology. Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
