Join our team as a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) serving K12 students across multiple schools in the Canaan area. This itinerant role requires travel between schools to provide therapy services that support student mobility, motor skills, and use of assistive technology.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and document therapy needs

• Implement IEP/504-aligned interventions

• Collaborate on accessibility and special education planning

• Supervise assistants and manage adaptive equipment

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License

• Experience with school-based therapy preferred

• Ability to travel between schools and work flexibly
