Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services primarily within middle and high school settings, with occasional support for upper elementary students and the early childhood center. This contract position spans the school year and offers a dynamic environment to work closely with approximately 40 to 50 students requiring speech and language interventions. Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, focusing on middle and high school populations Conduct evaluations and provide support for 4th and 5th-grade students as needed Assist with overflow caseload at the early childhood center Develop individualized treatment plans based on student assessments Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to enhance student communication skills Maintain accurate documentation and comply with therapy regulations and standards Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with credentials to practice in a school setting 2+ years of experience in school or clinical environments preferred Experience with pediatric caseloads, including teletherapy capabilities Strong ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively Familiarity with K-12 educational settings and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Location: Spring Lake, MI
