About the Role

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a remote Speech-Language Pathologist to support K12 students in Hugo , MN , and other school districts around the Twin Cities through teletherapy. While Forest Lake has an upcoming in-person contract spot starting Sept 2025, this position allows you to work entirely remotely across MN school districts under Sunbelts telehealth model.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and diagnoses for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency needs

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Deliver high-quality direct and indirect therapy via secure telepractice platforms

• Document progress and maintain accurate student records

• Participate in IEP meetings and train collaborating staff/families

• Collaborate remotely with teachers, parents, and clinicians to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders

• Active Minnesota SLP license and ASHA CCC?SLP

• At least 12 years of experience in school-based settings (K12 preferred)

• Comfortable delivering therapy via virtual platforms and telehealth technologies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
