Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Groveland, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Groveland, Massachusetts. This is a valuable opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping K12 students build essential communication skills that enhance both academic performance and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results

• Provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Collaborate with educators, families, and school support teams to monitor and encourage student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for services and goals

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with district and state standards

• Offer consultative support to teachers to reinforce speech-language strategies in classroom settings

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply

• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
