Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Hamon, TX

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Hamon, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to help K12 students improve their communication abilities and succeed both academically and socially through targeted speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students speech, language, voice, and fluency needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results

• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals and progress

• Attend and participate in IEP meetings to provide input and document student progress

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state regulations

• Offer consultative support to educators for skill generalization across learning environments

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience is a plus

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
