Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Andover, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Andover, Massachusetts. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping K12 students develop essential communication skills that support their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results

• Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input regarding communication goals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

• Provide consultative services to support classroom instruction and communication strategies

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience is preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
