Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Conley, GA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Conley, Georgia. This is a valuable opportunity to positively impact K12 students by enhancing their communication abilities and supporting their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess individual student needs

• Develop and implement customized therapy plans based on assessment data

• Provide direct therapy services targeting speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight on communication goals and strategies

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation in accordance with district and state regulations

• Offer consultative support to teachers to foster communication-friendly classroom environments

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia SLP license or eligibility to obtain

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
