Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a rewarding contract position in an elementary school setting in Brooksville, FL. This opportunity offers the chance to work with approximately 70 elementary-aged students, providing critical speech and language support across two school sites located less than 15 minutes apart. The assignment begins August 13th and spans the entire school year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to an elementary-aged caseload of around 70 students Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals Maintain accurate records of student progress and prepare reports as required Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility to travel between two nearby school sites (less than 15 minutes apart) Location: Brooksville, Florida Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Contract Duration: School Year (NSY) Benefits include the opportunity to impact young learners' lives significantly while working in a supportive and focused educational atmosphere.
