INSTRUCTOR
Natural Gas Compression
OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, OK is seeking candidates for an Instructor in their Natural Gas Compression program in the School of Engineering & Construction Technologies. Topics that may be taught include: safety, natural gas properties, flow from the well head to end user, natural gas engine and compressor operation, function, and overhaul. Engine Air, Fuel, and Starting systems including air/fuel ratio controls, ignition systems, control panels, regulators, electrical and electronic controls, and other components common in natural gas compression. Emphasis is on maintenance, diagnostics and repair of compressor systems, components and controls. Selects, develops and revises course and instructional materials; develops and implements specific competencies; produces appropriate course syllabi and job sheets and prepares section descriptions. Bachelor's degree highly preferred; other combinations of education and industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
