Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Norview, VA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Norview, Virginia. This is a great opportunity to provide essential speech and language services that enhance the academic success and overall communication development of K12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication goals

• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, families, and support staff to promote student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and data-based decision-making

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Regularly monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
