Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Newport News, Virginia

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 setting located in Newport News, VA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work onsite with middle and elementary school students, providing targeted speech-language therapy throughout the full school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech-language therapy to middle and elementary school students
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student improvement
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Current Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Virginia SLP License required
• Experience working with pediatric populations or students in educational settings
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Work Details:
