Program Structure This engaging position offers 36.5 hours per week focusing on elementary and early middle school populations across grades K-7. You'll manage a carefully balanced caseload of 51 students, providing individualized speech and language interventions through our user-friendly virtual platform designed specifically for pediatric populations and educational environments. Primary Responsibilities Conduct virtual speech and language therapy sessions using interactive digital tools and games
Complete comprehensive diagnostic evaluations through standardized telehealth assessment protocols
Develop creative, developmentally appropriate intervention strategies for online delivery
Support articulation development, language processing, and communication skill acquisition
Collaborate with educational teams through virtual IEP meetings and progress conferences
Provide parent coaching and home program development to maximize therapeutic outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for progress monitoring and compliance
Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited academic program
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Current New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology professional licensure
Minimum 2 years of direct experience providing speech therapy in educational settings
Demonstrated competency with virtual therapy platforms and pediatric engagement techniques
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple students and coordinating team services
Professional home office environment with high-speed internet and quality audiovisual equipment
Clinical Focus Areas Your therapeutic expertise will address speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, expressive and receptive language delays, and social communication difficulties. You'll support students with diverse needs including autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental conditions requiring specialized communication interventions. Technology Integration Utilize state-of-the-art virtual therapy tools including interactive games, digital articulation cards, language apps, and visual supports designed for remote service delivery.
