We're seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Pueblo, CO. In this role, you will support students' communication and language development, working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to help all students succeed academically and socially. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster an inclusive learning environment Monitor and document student progress; adjust plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team Offer training and support to staff on speech and language topics Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Colorado state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) School-based experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team Benefits: Competitive weekly pay (W-2) Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with company match CEU reimbursement Opportunities for professional growth and advancement How to Apply:
