Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a full-time School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based job near Washington, D.C. for the 20252026 academic year . This is an excellent opportunity for licensed SLPs who are passionate about supporting K8 students in an inclusive, team-oriented special education environment.

As a member of our collaborative educational team, youll provide speech and language therapy services that promote student communication, learning, and success in the classroom.

• Position: Full-Time School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Greater Washington, D.C. area

• Schedule: Full-time, standard school hours

• Caseload: PreK through 8th Grade

• Contract Type: W-2 Contract for the 20252026 school year

• Start Date: August 2025

• Active Speech Language Pathology license in Washington, D.C.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Prior school-based SLP experience or pediatric experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Dedicated one-on-one recruiter support

• Access to expertise in school-based therapy

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Competitive compensation: $45$58/hour , depending on experience and local district pay scales

• Optional benefits may include healthcare coverage, housing stipends, and meals/incidentals
