Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Everett, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a welcoming school district located in Everett, Massachusetts. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support K12 students in overcoming communication challenges and achieving academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations to assess communication strengths and needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment results

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school-based professionals to support student outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student goals and services

• Track student progress and adjust interventions to meet evolving needs

• Address a range of communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Valid Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered practices

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
