This role offers the opportunity to support the speech and language development of students across a diverse grade range, providing essential services in collaboration with educational teams. Key Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or Currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), or Valid certification/licensure as an SLP specializing in school settings Experience working with children from kindergarten through grade 12 preferred Strong communication skills and ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs Primary Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations and treatment outcomes Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and review Location: Coalinga, California Compensation: Hourly pay rate ranges from $45 to $65, commensurate with experience and qualifications This contract position provides a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills over the course of the school year.
