Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a K-12 school setting serving a caseload of approximately 50 students with mild severity speech and language needs. The role is based in Muncie, IN, and involves providing evaluations, assessments, and speech services to early childhood through 12th-grade students. The position requires delivering individual and group therapy sessions, while supporting students in meeting their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives. This is a contract position for the current school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct speech and language therapy to students through both individual and group sessions Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and regulatory standards Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology preferred Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery models is a plus Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered Experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in school or healthcare settings is relevant Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate of $45-$55, commensurate with experience and specialty focus Weekly direct deposit payments Eligibility for stipends covering housing and/or meals if travel status applies Full-time benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensing, certification fees, and travel expenses This opportunity offers the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of young learners across the Muncie community by providing vital speech and language support.
