School Speech and Language Pathologist

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time, contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to serve K-12 students in a supportive school environment located in the Royal Center, IN area, including surrounding communities. This role is fully onsite, designed to replace a virtual SLP, offering a collaborative workplace that values direct interaction with students and staff. Responsibilities include: Providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Monitoring and documenting student progress and adjusting therapy plans as necessary Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations related to speech therapy services in schools Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators and families Ability to work onsite full time during the school year contract period This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic and social success through direct therapy services within the school setting.
