Duration: Contract for the current academic school year (NSY) Responsibilities: Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students aged K-12 Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Document and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding adaptive equipment and strategies Ensure compliance with all school and regulatory requirements related to occupational therapy services Desired Experience and Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with appropriate state licensure or eligibility in Minnesota Demonstrated experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 populations Strong knowledge of occupational therapy interventions relevant to educational environments Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and maintain detailed documentation Benefits of this role include working in a dynamic and supportive educational environment, making a meaningful impact on students' academic and functional achievement.
