Location: Maxton, North Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

A full-time opportunity is available for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist in Maxton, NC for the 20252026 school year. This position is critical in helping students develop the functional skills they need to access learning and fully participate in school life.

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to K12 students

• Conduct assessments to evaluate fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and independence

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with educational goals

• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development

• Promote inclusive practices within the school environment

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina

• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
