Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Mokena, IL

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Mokena, Illinois. This is a rewarding opportunity to help K12 students improve their communication skills, enhance academic performance, and build confidence in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each students specific needs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and carry over skills into the classroom

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress

• Provide strategies and resources to support communication development across school settings

• Stay current with best practices and emerging research in speech-language pathology through professional development

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement, or eligibility for licensure

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Passion for supporting student growth and success
