Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist to work with a school district near Elmwood Park, IL for the full upcoming school year. This is an onsite role providing services for students from PreK through age 22.
Position Details:
Schedule: 3 days/week, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Caseload: PreK22 years old
Location: Near Elmwood Park, IL
Responsibilities:
Create and manage individualized physical therapy programs addressing:
Safe positioning techniques
Relaxation activities
Balance and equilibrium skills
Abnormal muscle tone and reflex patterns
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Participate in IEP meetings as needed
Qualifications:
Active Illinois PT license
School-based experience preferred
