Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based job near Little Rock, Arkansas for the 20252026 academic year. This position is perfect for passionate SLPs who want to make a difference in the lives of preschool and K12 students by providing high-quality speech therapy services in a supportive, inclusive special education environment.

As part of our collaborative school therapy team, youll help students improve their communication skills, support academic achievement, and promote overall development.

• Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Little Rock, Arkansas & surrounding areas

• Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week

• Caseload: Preschool caseload (approx. 30 students across 34 campuses)

• Start Date: Beginning of 20252026 school year

• Contract Type: W-2 contract for full academic year

• Active Arkansas SLP license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome)
