Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position near Aberdeen, Washington for the 20252026 academic year . • Position Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Location: Aberdeen, WA & surrounding areas

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

• Caseload: PreK5th grade, approx. 5055 students

• Start Date: Beginning of the 20252026 school year

• Contract Type: W-2 contract for the full academic year

• Valid Washington Speech-Language Pathology license

• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred (not required)

• Dedicated Recruiter Support from application to contract completion

• Weekly Direct Deposit with competitive pay based on experience & district rates

• Pay range: $40$53.50/hour
