Full-Time Occupational Therapist Position - Tennessee School District - Fully Remote

Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a Tennessee school district to hire a Remote Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide support to K12 students. This is a fully remote, contract position ideal for someone with a passion for helping students reach their potential through accessible and flexible services.

• Full-time or part-time hours available
• Caseload: K-12 students with varying needs
• Responsibilities include evaluations, direct therapy, progress monitoring, and attending virtual IEP meetings
• Collaborate with families and school teams remotely
• Use of digital therapy tools and district-approved platforms

• Active TN OT license
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfortable with virtual technology and documentation

• Weekly pay (1099)
• Flexible scheduling
• Clinical and tech support provided
