These roles focus on providing essential speech and language services to middle school students, supporting their academic success and communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to middle school students Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Rhode Island SLP license or eligibility for licensure ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates considered Prior school-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Position Details: Schedule: 2 days/week Caseload: Middle school students Pay Range: $45+/hour Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this position, or any other positions you see on the Soliant Health website.
