Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist within a K-12 school setting in Kenosha, WI. This full-time, contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, from August 25, 2025, through June 11, 2026, offering 35+ hours per week. Travel within the district is required to provide quality care and support to students across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to support students with diverse needs in a K-12 environment. Utilize expertise in fine motor and gross motor skill development to create individualized treatment plans. Conduct both in-person and teletherapy sessions effectively to meet student goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals within academic settings. Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports consistent with school policies and regulatory guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: Licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience in home health, healthcare, and school-based occupational therapy. Proficiency in delivering teletherapy services. Strong understanding of child development and therapeutic interventions targeting fine and gross motor skills. Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while traveling among school sites.
