Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language services to 29 students, working in collaboration with an SLP Assistant. Attend and actively participate in PPT/IEP meetings, contributing to individualized student educational planning. Develop, implement, and monitor student goals to ensure progress in speech and language development. Supervise and collaborate with the SLP Assistant to optimize service delivery. Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments as required. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification for school settings. Experience working with elementary-aged students in school environments. Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain detailed documentation. Strong communication skills for collaboration with parents, educators, and support staff. Supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Schedule and Location: Position based in West Hartford, CT, within an elementary school. Preferred hours: 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Part-time hours may be considered to accommodate candidates' needs. This role offers competitive hourly compensation estimated between $40 and $55 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications.
