This role involves working with students to assess, treat, and monitor speech and language disorders in a supportive educational environment. Responsibilities include: Conducting thorough evaluations of students with speech and language challenges Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Providing therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals Documenting and tracking student progress with accuracy and detail Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care Engaging with families to educate and involve them in the therapeutic process Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team To be eligible, candidates must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be in the process of obtaining a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher.
