School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Opening Los Angeles, CA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Los Angeles, CA for the next school year. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse student population, contribute to individualized education plans, and make a lasting impact on communication and language development in the school community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with a variety of needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff.

• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings.

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with all district and state requirements.

• Collaborate with teachers to integrate communication strategies into the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Current California SLP license required.

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
