Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Auburn, AL, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional support to students throughout the contract school year (CSY). Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for students across all grade levels (K-12) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting and monitoring Stay current with best practices and developments in speech-language pathology in school settings Qualifications: Valid State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-12 Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and interventions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Location: Auburn, Alabama This contract position is ideal for a dedicated SLP seeking to enhance students' communication skills within a supportive educational setting.
