Job Description
Shawsheen Valley Technical High School seeks to contract with a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our Support Services Team for up to 15 hours per week for the 2025-2026 school year. The primary function of the Speech Language Pathologist will be to provide speech and language services for students with a wide range of disabilities.
Requirements:
Must be a Massachusetts licensed Speech Language Pathologist
Experience working in public school setting, specifically middle /high school aged students preferred
Experience providing direct services individually and in small groups
Proficiency conducting SLP evaluations and writing reports
Responsibilities:
Direct speech language services in 1:1, small group, or classroom setting to students who have the service on their IEP
Consultation with teachers and other related service providers to recommend strategies that will maximize student growth
Provide diagnostic testing and reports for IEP evaluations with goal and objective recommendations
Provide data driven and narrative reports on assigned students
Perform other duties related to program as required
Compensation:
Pay range between $80-$95 dollars an hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
