Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans tailored to the needs of elementary-aged students. Provide direct therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress and ensure continuity of care. Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory and educational standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute clinical expertise to support student success. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in both healthcare and school-based settings. Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy practices relevant to elementary school students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families.
