This full academic school year role runs from September 2, 2025, through May 29, 2026, offering 35-40 hours per week. The daily work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with flexibility to complete paperwork from home. The position supports a caseload of 25-30 students aged 5 to 17, providing speech and language therapy that addresses a variety of communication challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in school-based speech pathology and a passion for helping children achieve their communication goals within a K-12 educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students' speech and language abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports Provide telepractice or home-based documentation as needed Desired Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP School license or certification Experience working with pediatric populations in a school environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage a caseload of 25-30 students effectively Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
