This role is an excellent opportunity for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a dynamic school environment. The position requires providing specialized speech and language services primarily to an elementary caseload, helping approximately 60-65 students within one site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across K-12, focusing mainly on elementary level.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school district requirements.
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Fingerprint clearance card (IVP).
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Details:
- Location: Glendale, AZ.
- Contract duration: Immediate start through December 2025 (leave of absence coverage).
- Schedule: 30 hours per week, 4 days per week.
- Caseload: Approximately 60-65 students at one elementary site.
