Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Pickford, Michigan

The position is based in Pickford, MI, serving children from kindergarten through 12th grade. Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students across the K-12 spectrum. Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students with varied communication needs. Coordinate therapy sessions and maintain detailed documentation of student progress. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support students' communication goals. Provide teletherapy services as needed to complement in-person sessions. Participate in school meetings, assessments, and planning to ensure effective service delivery. Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare, school, or teletherapy settings. Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or required. Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate services across multiple locations. Location: Pickford, Michigan Split services between two local schools serving students K-12. Shift and Schedule: Full-time position, approximately 37.5 hours per week. Contract duration aligned with the current school year (CSY). Start date flexible, with an ideal start around September 2nd.
