Elementary Occupational Therapist School Setting - Chandler, AZ

An excellent opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to serve elementary school students across three schools. This contract position runs from August to December 2025 and offers flexibility for full-time or part-time hours. Located in Chandler, AZ, this role is ideal for an OT specializing in school-based services who is licensed in Arizona and ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged children at three different school sites
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development and learning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress
• Comply with all regulatory and school district requirements for therapy services

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• Fingerprint clearance through the Arizona Department of Public Safety (IVP fingerprint card)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
• Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
