Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor and support student progress
• Contribute expertise toward literacy development and curriculum planning initiatives
• Identify students at risk and support early intervention efforts
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting consistent with compliance standards
• Provide supervision and mentorship to student clinicians, clinical fellows, and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required
