Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Little Rock, AR

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This position seeks skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with diverse experience to provide services in a K-12 educational environment. Opportunities are available for licensed SLPs, including clinical fellows (CFYs), with flexibility to work onsite or via teletherapy. Both full-time and part-time contracts are welcomed for the current school year. Key Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred but open to CFYs Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy within school, healthcare, or teletherapy settings Ability to manage a variety of caseloads spanning K-12 students Competency in delivering assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring Strong communication skills and collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Location: Little Rock, AR (onsite and/or virtual options available) Primary Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language evaluations and therapies for children in kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes following state and federal guidelines Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively when working virtually Benefits of this role include flexible scheduling options, exposure to varied pediatric caseloads, and professional growth opportunities within a supportive educational environment.
