We're recruiting a passionate OT professional to deliver comprehensive remote therapeutic services to students with diverse developmental and learning needs across New Hampshire. Role Overview and Structure Full-time remote position providing specialized occupational therapy services through our state-of-the-art virtual learning environment. You'll work with students spanning early childhood through transition-age populations, maintaining a balanced caseload of approximately 45 students within a standard 35-37.5 hour work week. Student Population and Services Our diverse learner community includes students with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, and physical challenges. You'll provide both direct therapeutic services and consultative support, focusing on functional skill development, adaptive strategies, and environmental modifications to promote educational success. Essential Job Functions Conduct comprehensive virtual occupational therapy evaluations

Develop evidence-based treatment plans and IEP goal recommendations

Deliver interactive therapy sessions through secure digital platforms

Provide assistive technology assessments and equipment trials

Create environmental adaptation recommendations for home and school

Facilitate parent training and caregiver education programs

Collaborate with educational teams and related service providers

Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring systems

Professional Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Valid New Hampshire occupational therapy license

Minimum 2 years of pediatric or educational OT experience

Experience with telehealth and virtual service delivery models

Proficiency with digital assessment tools and therapy applications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education
