Serving in an itinerant capacity, the Physical Therapist will work across multiple campuses, delivering both direct and indirect therapy services tailored to individual student needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions to support student mobility and physical development. Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Travel between multiple school sites within the district, requiring reliable transportation. Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Valid Oregon State Physical Therapy License. Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum of two years recent experience preferred, demonstrating skills with pediatric physical therapy and school-based practice.
