Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Burbank, California

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide specialized services in a non-public school setting located in Burbank, CA. This contract role spans the current school year, starting immediately through mid-December 2025, serving middle and high school students with a diverse range of speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to students, following individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to evaluate student progress and needs.
• Administer compensatory speech therapy sessions as required, including after-school hours.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student communication goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid California SLP license or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) certification required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) from ASHA highly preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare, educational, or school environments.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and deliver therapy in compliance with school requirements.

Location: Burbank, CA

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
