Key Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Current SLP licensure or certification specific to school settings
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with educators, families, and administration
• Familiarity with evidence-based speech and language interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student goals
• Monitor progress and adjust services as needed based on data and collaboration
• Provide consultative support to teachers and parents regarding communication strategies
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and reporting as required
