Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team, serving students in three schools near Fishers, IN. This full-time, school-year position focuses on helping students improve motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities to enhance learning and participation in school activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and assessments.

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans (IEPs).

• Provide direct and indirect therapy to students across multiple schools.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success.

• Maintain detailed documentation, including progress notes and reports.

• Participate in IEP and team meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana OT license required.

• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (if applicable).
