Position Overview:
We are in search of a qualified Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) based in Texas to join our team. As a 1099 contractor, you will deliver essential speech and language services from your home, conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and leading engaging virtual therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Assessments: Perform detailed virtual evaluations for Texas students with speech and language challenges.
• Create IEPs: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each students unique needs.
• Facilitate Therapy: Provide interactive and effective therapy sessions using advanced teletherapy tools.
• Collaborate: Partner with educators, parents, and support staff to enhance student achievement.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep thorough records of assessments, treatment plans, and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Texas state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in K-12 education is highly valued.
• Proficient in teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student development.
