Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Provide targeted therapy sessions to address speech and language goals Monitor, document, and report progress meticulously Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care Engage families in the therapy process, promoting understanding and involvement Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure, including an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team This contract role provides an excellent chance to grow professionally while delivering essential services to school-aged children.
