A full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services to a diverse K-12 student caseload in Central New York. This position is based in an educational setting and requires a committed professional to support students communication needs throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with varying needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with educational and clinical regulations
- Participate in team meetings and IEP development
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings serving K-12 populations
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Ability to provide effective therapy interventions both individually and in small groups
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
