This role is an itinerant position, providing specialized therapy services across multiple schools throughout the academic year on a contract basis. Responsibilities include: Delivering physical therapy evaluations and treatments to students with diverse needs across K-12 grade levels. Collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote student mobility and function. Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations. Traveling between schools within the district to provide consistent support to students in various locations. Participating in meetings and training to stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques. Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials valid in Pennsylvania. Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or related clinical settings. Knowledge of school-based therapy services, IEP processes, and state educational requirements.
