Position Overview:

The Director of Admissions will lead student recruitment, enrollment strategy, and admissions operations. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with prospective families, partner elementary and middle schools, and community partners while clearly communicating the value of a Franciscan Catholic education.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience in admissions, marketing, enrollment management, or related fields preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze enrollment data and develop strategic growth initiatives.
